As appealing as that idea is (I’ve never been to that part of the world), the goals of the team include testing the abilities of new operators (the site gives a list of the hams that will lead the effort).
What they don’t need is a 66 year old Yankee struggling to straighten out back issues who speaks no Bengali volunteering. If they want a team of people to help get a few Bangladeshi operators up to speed on CW via Zoom, I am all in, that sounds like a blast.
I hear you. I read somewhere that Bangladesh is seeing increasing activity – as I recall it was article about a club that’s been doing POTA.
